***North Carolina residents will be charged a 7.75% sales tax on all orders at checkout.
PayPal is preferred and will insure fastest delivery.
However, I will take check or money order.
As soon as payment is recieved and cleared I will ship your purchase.

Layaway is easy and is only an option for JoJoBell jewelry purchases of $100.00 or more. If you wish to purchase with layaway continue to checkout but do not continue to Paypal to pay. Contact me via convo or email and I will send out your new Paypal invoice.
Orders $100 – $299
1/2 of order value as a down payment
1/2 of order value + shipping cost to be paid within 30 days
Orders $300 and above
1/3 of order value as a down payment
1/3 of order value to be paid within 30 days
1/3 of order value + shipping cost to be paid within 60 days
Of course, if you wish to fulfill your payments ahead of these time limits, it will not be a problem. 
Your jewelry will be shipped to you immediately when payments are completed.
If your order is not paid in full within the stipulated times, your purchase will then be relisted and available for others to purchase.
If your order is not paid in full within the stipulated times, all payments submitted will be forfeited.

Shipping
Most shipments are sent USPS first class. Some of the more expensive items are shipped with insurance. The price is stated at the bottom of each listing. I ship all over the world from the USA.
I ship within three days of purchase. (usually next day unless it is a weekend or holiday)

If this is a gift and you need me to ship to a giftee’s address just let me know. Leave me a message when purchasing with the name and address. I can include a personal message with a gift card as well.(my friends tell me I am a one stop husband shop)

I stand by my workmanship and do my best to take good photos. If for some reason you are not happy with your jewelry please contact me within 4 days upon arrival of your package. My work is high quality but should be handled with care.

Designing custom orders is my pleasure. I stay closely involved with my clients throughout the process. A custom order can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Full payment of the price established is required before the requested custom order is created. Contact me to discuss the details. I would love to make something unique for you.
